All clones (in pET Vectors) have been tested and over expression is seen in E. coli cells. All enzymes are His-tagged and purification can be achieved using Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography (IMAC) on devices like the AKTÄ Pure system as shown for Taq DNA Polymerase and Tth DNA Ligase.
